  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons flax seed (optional)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 whole kiwi fruit
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 16 whole fresh or frozen strawberries


  1. Depending on the size of your blender you may need to make one serving at a time by dividing each of the above ingredients in half
  2. Add the strawberries to the blender.Add the flax seed and honey (if you like your smoothie on the sweet side you may want to add more honey)
  3. Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice to each serving if you would like more of a chill to your smoothie
  4. Add the blueberries.Peel the kiwi fruit, cut in large pieces and add to the blender
  5. Add the yogurt
  6. Blend until smooth.Serve immediately for a delicious and refreshing beverage!
