  • ¼ c. mini chocolate chips and M&Ms, combined
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • ½ c. dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup (honey or agave)
  • ½ c. natural creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Place the dry roasted peanuts, oats and flaxseed in the bowl of a food processor
  2. Grind until the nuts are smooth and the oats are relatively fine
  3. Remove and place into a medium size mixing bowl.Add peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla
  4. Stir until combined.Carefully fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
