  • 4 pcs of bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
  • ¾ cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 bag of frozen Birds Eye White Pearl Onions (14 oz)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp scallions, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.Cook the bacon until it is crisp
  2. Drain the bacon and crumble.Save 1 tbsp of the bacon fat.Saute the scallions and garlic in the butter until softAdd the heavy whipping cream to the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat until it reduces.Pour the Birds Eye White Pearl Onions into individual ramekins or a casserole dish.Pour the heavy whipping cream over the pearl onions.In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the reserved bacon fat.Sprinkle it over the top and bake for 30 minutes until they are hot and bubbly.Serve immediately.
