Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 c onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 2 c squash, sliced
  • 2 c zucchini, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. In the center of a generous piece of aluminum foil layer squash, zucchini, pepper, onion and shrimp
  3. Sprinkle half red pepper, salt, black pepper, celery seeds and Good Season's seasoning over all
  4. Close and seal the foil
  5. Place in a casserole dish or cookie sheet (with sides) in case of leaks
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until shrimp are done and vegetables are tender crisp
  7. Serve immediately
  8. Serve by itself or over rice or pasta.
