Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a small saucepan to medium low and add quinoa, milk, cinnamon and salt
  2. Cook for 5 or 6 minutes
  3. Add blueberries and banana and cook for 1 more minute or until heated through
  4. Top with walnuts and maple syrup and serve.
