Ingredients

  • 1 c crescent rolls
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ c milk (I used 2%)
  • 2 T red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
  • 16 oz shredded velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. If you want the casserole to be thick use an 8x11 pan; if you want a thinner casserole use a 9x13
  2. I used a 9x13 in this picture.Spray pan with non-stick spray.Line bottom of pan with crescent rolls pinching the perforated seams together.Sprinkle sausage over rolls.Sprinkle cheese over sausage.Mix milk, eggs and black pepper together and pour over cheese.Top with diced red bell pepper.Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes until bottom is brown, cheese is melted and eggs in the center are set.
